Hot Cheeto Burrito (otherwise known as the Cheetorito)
They’re hot, they’re addictive, they’re hot Cheetos. Many will be thinking “Hot Cheetos in a burrito?” Simple answer, YES, Hot Cheetos in a burrito! When do hot Cheetos sound good? Always. And when do burritos sound good? Oh, that’s right, always; and now you have an excuse to eat both even more. Adding this simple bag of fire to your flour wrapped creation will sure help spice your life up

Single Serving Recipe:
-6oz Carne Asada
-1 Large flour tortilla
-Pico de Geo
-Sour Cream
-Guacamole
-French Fries
-Hot Cheetos
(Don’t forget the cheese)
Prep: 30 Minutes
Once ingredients are all cooked and prepped, heat up the tortilla on a medium heat pan with a dash of oil (avocado oil works phenomenal). Flip once after about 45 seconds
Take your cheese and place it on the bottom of the tortilla and the hot meat right on top to help create a melty masterpiece. Finish up by adding your accessories, the hot Cheetos, and BAM! The Cheetorito is born

Lactose Tolerator Tacos
The name is as awesome as it sounds. Whether you’re on a Keto diet or just outright like cheese, you’ll LOVE this creation. Instead of using any type of flour or corn tortilla, it is time to welcome our new friend, The Cheese Shell. Warning… cheesy awesomeness incoming.

Prep: 10 Minutes
There are a couple ways to make this. For family fun Taco Tuesdays, we’d recommend using the oven method for easier preparation. If it is more of a late-night, date night type of meal, the stove top method will be perfect

Oven Method:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Grate as much cheese as you want (The more grated, the more shells)
-Use a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat (the best option to help the cheese not stick)
-Spread and cheese in small or large circles on the sheet and bake for 4-7 minutes
-Enjoy cheesy heaven with any other garnishes you can think of

Stove Top:
-Grate amount of cheese desired
-Take a medium size pan and place cheese in a round circle on low-medium heat
-Once cheese is looking 75% melted, turn off the heat and take the pan off the stove top (The residual heat will do the rest)
-Slide cheesy shell off pan and enjoy!
