|Recommended: NoFuck this community — Not worth it. Management doesn’t give two shit about anyone. Nosies are off the charts and they treat us like we are the issue. Find a better place to live where you might actually have neighbors who are nice and management who cares about their residents

|Recommended: YesThe best — I’ve been here since the opening. I’m in the fifth year. The office staff are wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. The apartments are lovely. The grounds are well kept. I highly recommend the property as a whole.

This is a great place. We have never had any problems here. If something needs to be fixed it is fixed as soon as possible. Jesus is a very good person and a great professional.
Here we have a lot of interesting events.
Mia always ready to help with any questions. She is such a wonderful person.
We are really lucky and happy to live here.

|Recommended: YesBest place to live — I really like how clean the area is. The apartments are modern built. They have a Starbucks machine you can use however you can't access it is the Common room is close which is the only thing I hate. You can't access it if the staff isn't there. They have two pool which are clean and big. And they often do events for holidays and other occasions. One more thing, they don't have a lot of unsheltered parking. If you have a second vehicle it's really hard to find parking at night. Overall a good place to live in Goodyear.

She was not only super nice but also extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth transition into the new community. It's no surprise that Lisa is frequently mentioned in reviews because she truly is a breath of fresh air.
Additionally, I want to acknowledge Thomas, another member of the front office staff, who was instrumental in explaining the moving-in process to me and patiently answering all my questions. His assistance was invaluable, and I appreciated his willingness to help.
Having lived here for a while now, I can confidently say that I made the right decision. The community is fantastic, and I have come to enjoy the well-maintained grounds and the various special events they organize throughout the month. It's evident that the management team strives to create
