|Recommended: YesBeautiful and luxurious with it's nuances. — Amazing property and love living in this spacious apartment. I can't believe I found an apartment that is large and just feels like a home. All the fixtures and upgrades are just key to making this feel like an elegant and luxurious home . The amenities are wonderful and so ar the front office staff, especially Alexis and Julia. Both ladies are friendly and always accomodating. My only gripe is the neighbors above, who make living here quite a bit unbearable because they can't seem to fathom that the excessive running, dropping things, and slamming doors and cabinets throughout all hours, which makes it difficult to focus on work, being able to relax, and being able to sleep. I rather be outdoors and in the pool area or for a quick getaway than stay around inside the home and listen to them upstairs. I rejoice and know when they aren't home because that is when it's actually quiet. All other neighbors, next to me are amazing and quiet, and respectful. Aside from the upstairs neighbors, this place is absolutely a dream to live in. I just wish I was in a different part building away from them upstairs. If I wasn't tied to a lease agreement I would have been out of here because of them, hence the 1 star rating. This property could be a 5 star community.

|Recommended: YesA beautiful resort like apartment complex — I absolutely love living here. It is a beautiful complex for an evening stroll and when I have family over they also fall in love. I just don't like that I can hear the people above me too well. It does drive me crazy somedays but other than that I am in love with the way things are ran here and the staff are incredibly helpful and sweet

|Recommended: YesNice property overall — The overall property is nice, clean and well-maintained. The Leasing Staff are Awesome The apartment is nice with updated features.
Unfortunately, the noise takes away from the overall daily living at Acero.
The tenants are not considerate of others in the building. There is the constant banging of doors slamming shut instead of being pulled closed. There are dogs barking on patios and balconies. Cars zooming through the parking lot as if they are racing. Trash being put out everyday, although trash is not collected on Tues. and Fri.
Bottom line, the Acero property is nice the Staff if Amazing Unfortunately, you can't choose the tenants living there.

|Recommended: YesComfortable, clean, and a beautiful place to live — I love living at Acero with my fiance. The apartment is stunning and we feel very lucky to live in the heart of Goodyear with such luxury for a great price. We love using the spa-like pools and I'm so happy there is a fitness center with all you need. There are always fun events going on for residents and I feel very much like we belong here and have a community. Thank you, Acero
